I have a 2019 Road Glide Special with Krome Werks Exhaust, Arlen Ness Inverted Intake, Fullsac Headers, 468 Cam and Power Vision Tuner. Just got bike back yesterday and started it up and rode home, no real warm up, and it stuttered a few times like it wasn't getting gas...as if I had a carburetor in it. Have not rode since, however it seems to now be hard starting like the compression is to much or battery doesn't have power and I know its not the battery. Anyone get this or have any ideas?

Let me guess... the stuttering occurs when you're starting out from idle or a stop, not while you're riding. If so, that's a common issue for the 468 (and possibly some other cams with an aggressive lope???). That stutter can be improved with a few auto-tune sessions and pick the one you like. Also, picking up the rpm a bit as you're getting into the friction zone will help, and it becomes second nature. I have no idea if your exhaust choice is contributing to this.
I don't recall if there was much difference in how mine turned over with the cam, but I've never considered it to be hard starting. I have no idea if your few auto-tune sessions would improve this.
Fuel Moto provides excellent base tunes, but I found that auto-tunes and slight exhaust changes can make a HUGE difference in how the bike performs after the cam swap. Good luck with yours. You're going to love that cam.
Edit: Oh yeah, if you paid a shop to do the install, like the others said, take her back if you're not happy.
In addition to what has been mentioned here...check push rod adjustment and timing. If the cam is off a tooth it will not run right either with a lot of coughing and sputtering.
Turn compression releases back on for hard starting.
Yea - what this guy says. Does not explain the driveability issues but might be the reason for the hard cranking. This happened to me by a shop once. Didn't discover it until I bought a power vision and took a look at the tune.
