Had a highly trained super tech (sarcasm) put a set of tires on backwards on my sport tourer, I mean come on.....it even has an arrow on the tire to show the correct position!

 

Or, the way I first heard it after breaking a shear coupling while starting an A4 Skyhawk, "the only people who don't make mistakes are the ones who don't do anything"

My all time jackpot was pushing my
74 Shovel 6 blocks because the
kill switch was off.

 

At least you did not have a pinched or broken wire. Good that it was an easy fix.

OK, Humor me. What is it about the tire that's directional to the ABS?

 

It's not the tire but the wheel. The ABS bearing with the encoder is on one side. I forget which side.
