Default Saddlebag scrape

I have a couple places on the bottom of my saddlebag. Can these be repaired or would the cost make getting new ones worth it? If it can be repaired where would I take it?

A good auto/body shop should be able to handle that with out any problems.

Call around to local H-D dealers and ask who they use/recommend. My dealer sent my bags out that had minor damage similar to yours to a local painter they use. When I got them back, they looked good as new.

I had a scrape on the bottom my right bag. I have the Hot Rod Red Flake. Expensive repaint and hard to match. I had my Indy fix the scrape and paint a vivid black stripe on both bags. So, when I drop it again, vivd black is so much cheaper with no matching issue.

should be a no problem fix for a shop that knows what they are doing. I had way way worse on my fairing and right lower and it cost me $300 bucks plus the 11% taxes.

That's an easy fix. I picked up a tour pack with damage like that for dirt cheap. A little sanding and some glazing putty and after some primer you never notice the difference. Like others have said any remotely decent body shop and you'll never be able to spot where the damage was.

Agreed. If you are worried about those kind of scratches get a color matched touch up paint pen and some clear. A little practice and you can fix most of those yourself. Worth a try anyway, especially if you are planning to take it to a shop.
