Does anyone have any experience or heard anything good/bad about Rocket Cams?

Never heard of Rocket Cams, but Chris Rivas…on the other hand, well known and respected for his driving acumen.

 

Rocket Cams are his line of cams and he licensed S&S's easy start feature. I've read older posts and elsewhere that his cams are very aggressive and can be noisy, but are very good grinds. Just wanted to see if anyone could speak from first hand experience.

 

Had them in my 16 RK as I live near him and know his shop. They will give you serious performance and exhaust note is awesome, but yes the cams are noisy. Make a loud tapping rattle like sound, which is even louder with intake that you will need to upgrade. I ended up taking them out and putting SE 255 torque cams in.
