This is how I balance my wheels. Works like a charm, my wheels are always perfectly balance.

I mount and balance my own in my shop. For stock wheels I still use weights and a static balancer. They are WAY cheaper than beads.

Pretty custom wheels, chromed or powder coated? Beads and only beads.

I go with beads. Weights don’t look right on custom wheels, especially when you have to rebalance.

One of the things to remember about balance beads, is the wheels never go out of balance as the tires wears. I have them on my 5,000 mile old Dunlop American Elites…and they still ride as smooth as an 18 year old girls ash.

Dyna Beads - been using them for over 10 years and turned few of my friends onto them as well. Work great and no complaints, plus you don’t have weights on your nice wheels!

Why use beads when you can use Ride On and get the benefit of puncture sealant so you can make it home? (Unless you have spoke wheels).

what do you have wrapped up in that balance stand? You can reuse beads. Buy some beads in bulk and I’ve found them to be the cheapest (and best) balancing option.
