I don't believe you can go much further with the stock cylinders and when you get close to 4" bore the cases need to be bored.

Or you can go bigger by just boring your cylinders and buying new pistons/rings/gaskets.....why stop at 103?
LOL

You can not go any bigger then 103 without spliting the cases and getting them bored out, the largest you can go with the stock barrells is 3 7/8 bore , safely, BUt yes technically all you need is the 103 pistons and bore your stock 3 5/8 barrells to 3 7/8 and your done.
Cool beans! I also found where I read it, it is sept 07 issue of American Iron Mag, page 48. This gives the bore, stroke and comp of the HD & S&S motors........
If I swap cyl it says I can go to 133" if I'm reading it right (with all the stuff associated with new cyls)..............
hmmm good info to know.

You can go as big as 107"(click this) without boring the cases. The GMR package is a big hit on other forums.
I got 1100 miles on my GMR 107 kit and it rocks. Steve is great to work with and his service and knowledge is next to none.
Dont know the numbers as no dyno yet but it is a definate improvement over stock. No pinging and a whoopload of torque. There are options other than the 103.

That 107 does sound like a nice option but again with it you have to get your heads cut as well rising the cost a bit more. the stock heads do not have a large enough fire ring in them to support the larger bores and that is why on the 110 kit you also get new heads as they have the lagre diameter bowl on the head. I was loooking into options when i got my 95" stuff i was tring to look at doing a 100" but it would have meant the cases for me as well and i didn't want to get into it that far.
