Big twin bikes 1984-2000 ,1984 some had it while others still had the Shovelhead,1999 the Twincam replaced it in all but the Softails and the rare FXR CVO bikes and in 2000 the Softails got the Twincam so the last of the last were in the 2000 CVO FXRs.
There were a few bikes had had it with a 4 speed in the first couple of years but they are rare,all the rubber mounted engines had the 5 speed and solid mount (Softail models) got the 5 speed soon after.
This does not include Sportsters or V-Rods.

Yes all touring models with a five speed,Electra Glide Road King and Tour Glide/Road Glide.
The Softail bikes like the Heritage are not touring bikes although many get used to tour and they are solid mounted.
