Riser bushings

Is there a short cut other then completely swinging the fairing to access the top of riser bushings

Sorry, but I have no idea what "completely swinging the fairing" means......

FWIW...

I changed the handle bars on my 2016 Bagger, by removing the ignition key panel, the windshield, the outer fairing, an then just tilting the inner fairing forward..

Been a few years, but IIRC, there was enough room to change out the riser bushings had I wanted to...
