I live in a resort (beachy) area in North Eastern NC. Get a lot of crazies in the Summer. We had about a month of 90's a short time ago. I saw a kid on a crotch rocket with no shirt, shorts and flip flops going too fast on our roads full of tourists who don't know where they're going.

Looked like suicide to me.
