Mike Wheeler 831-402-0240 Kyle Racing , they are the largest Ohlins dealer in the USA , they have a shop in Florida and California, they are also a full service center , Carol Bucks is the last person I would use , I would switch brands before buying from him.
Some people love big bear but way too many have been screwed over or gotten faulty parts for me to give them my money. Google what they did when they were building choppers before they "rebranded"...no thank you.

Ya , after doing some research once I posted this I've seen way too many negative experiences with Big Bear to try my luck , I've decided to go with Kyle Racing.
Sounds like you've gone with Kyle. Just another So Cal option is GP Moto. They also have a great 25mm cartridge option, which is a better option aside from BBC big cartridge setup.
i went with kyle racing, theyre good stuff and near daytona. st augustine is one of our yearly summer vacation stops so theyre easily accessable for me too.

I've actually been running the GP 25mm cartridges for 5 years , really need to send them in for service.
I've been shopping mostly for my good friend , helping him do some upgrades on his bike , didn't realize GP was an Ohlin dealer / service center , I got my GP cartridges and Ohlin shocks from Howard at Motorcycle Metal.
Who's went through Big Bear Performance for their Ohlins , now that Howard has passed I'm looking for a new shop for Ohlin suspension needs and I'm considering Big Bear , wondering what others have experienced with them ?

@Stopit So, did you get a chance to reach out to Kyle Racing yet? If so, what was your experience with them? I'm needing to have my both my Ohlins rear shocks and Ohlins front cartridges gone thru and refreshed. Last time I sent them to BBC and wasn't as happy as I wanted to be with the way they turned out. They're due again so I'd like to try a different, better, route........

I was more looking for a friend of mine who has since decided to wait till winter , he's spent a small fortune on it getting ready for Sturgis so he decided to hold off on suspension till winter.
Far as I got is I talked to him , vary friendly personable guy just said give him a call and he can help me out , he also quoted me prices that were vary reasonable for shocks and cartridges , said Ohlins USA would charge me full retail .
