Carry a supply of 9/16" nuts and have them handy. Pass whomever the road-rager is and just drop a few on the road behind you or thump them over your shoulder for more effect. Just do it so they can't tell YOU'RE doing it! haha... (I really don't advocate this, but it is something to think about!)

Non-confrontational is always the way to go BUT, awhile back, I was riding down a four lane where they were resurfacing one lane. I passed a guy in a mustang, and gave plenty of room when I went back into the right lane. I may have kicked up a little of the rocks at the edge of the new surface but I was far enough ahead they couldn't have hit his car but, regardless, I didn't do it on purpose. Well, he sped up, went around me and rode his tire (on purpose) just in the 'gravel' kicking up a shower of rocks just in front of me. I had no choice but slow down and move over.Thebastid did a quick turn off onto a side road and hauled *** but I didn't pursue as I knew I wouldn't be able to catch him without risking life and limb so I just went on my way. But if he hadn't left the scene, I'll be danged if I would have let it go without addressing it in some way. What he did could have made me wreck and I don't take too kindly someone trying to cause me bodily harm!

That is a situation that they could easily claim ignorance if you chased them down. Then they call the police with a complaint against you.
You can only shake it off and get on with your life.

Road Rage sucks. But when on 2 wheels gotta let it go if you can. You won't win even if its a yugo or vw beetle. Some people are just
DONKEYS. Charma will get them. However, I have heard of people carrying golf ***** in there pocket for the jerks. But it might land you in jail. You did good.

Nice yob just going about your business. People like that are jerks. I think you did the rightthing though. I've encountered three things that pi$$ me off on the bike. Everytime I feel like people are doing it on purpose. Maybe so, maybe not.

How about smokers flippin' out cigarette butts? I stay back ...expecting them little gifts to come my way..

you did right.

But if you can get his license number.
Then contact the county license office.
Tell them you saw a for sale ad in his window but no phone number or some such.
sometimes they will provide it or an address.

Then call him from a pay phone and tell him he's an azzhole.
Do it about once a week or so and hang up. Or send a letter (just don't leave any fingerprints on it)
Really helps to eliminate stress
