Hyper flash is caused by the TSM not seeing enough load from the LEDs.
Depending on the year of the bike there's different methods of fixing the problem.
Either adding load equalizers or turning on the 4-ways for 5 minutes, then turning the ignition off and back on. (I think)

For a 2001 you'd need to add resistors (load). There are tutorials online how to do that on the cheap, or kits available also. CAN-BUS systems (2014 up) can be adjusted by running the four-way flashers for a minute.

You can likely find the plug and play load resistor pack on ebay or amazon for cheap.

Look at what Custom Dynamics has to offer. I have one of their units on my EVO Road King. I don't remember what it cost but I've also not looked at it since it was installed.

@BRKLYN1955 I have an Eagle Lights load resistor in my tool box in the garage. PM me info on your bike and if it will work I’ll send it to you. I used it on my 2011 RKC before I changed to a CD Triple Play.

Not sure if this will break your bank, but I have this plug-n-play Custom Dynamics Smart Triple Play on my '13 King. It's a load EQ and also makes your rear turns a run/brake/turn. You can also do some strobe when you brake if you like. And you can adjust the turns brightness to match the brake light.

They also have a regular load EQ here.

I won’t pay that much, I will put reg bulbs back in, or live with it. Ty
