Default An Important Note About Unknown Engine Noises

You can't hear them if you switch to a full-face helmet.

I wear a full face the majority of the time and yes, when I wear a polo or open face I am always very aware of the mad sewing going on under my crotch. Haha. My new noise is a faint squeak at low RPM that I traced to my horn jiggle as I touch horn and it stops. Oh that sounds so good sitting at stop sign.. Aaaah the sound of freedom.

I always wear a full face. Then I did a short ride helmet-less and thought the motor was going to blow up. ,

I use hearing protection regardless of what helmet I'm wearing at the time. It's the equivalent of turning up the radio in your car so you can't hear the bad stuff going on!

I always wear a half helmet. Now my ears are shot and I don’t hear anything.
