Ignition switch trouble
I have been having an electical problem with my 1998 Road glide. After having it running I shut it down and later (1 min or 1 day it matters not) It acts like the igintion switch does not connect to the RUN position and goes directly to the ACC position. The bike will not start and all items that work in the Acc positionwork as normal ie. Radio Turn signals, horn and the speedo light (but not the tach light) This set of working items work the same in Run position as they do in the Acc position. I hope I discribed this well enough to be understood. I it possibile that something has come loose in the ignition switch and is causing it to act as if Iit is in the Acc. position when it is in the Run position???
