Currently have Khrome Werks 0601-2846 10" 1.25" Bobber Ape Hanger bars. I love the look. Love the grip angle. But they are designed to hug the inner fairing. They have a bend that sends them vertical rather than extending toward the rider. Fine for short trips. But for longer rides, I'd like to sit more upright.
Any advice on some 1 1/4" bars similar to these that come back about 2" more toward the rider?
I would start by pulling them back and see first if you can get them in the right position for you.
Thanks. I looked at that and I appreciate the advice. That same bend that makes them go vertical acts like an elbow that will hit the tank if it's pivoted downward. They pretty much have to be exactly where they are to clear the tank. I'll look at it again, though.
I guess it all depends on you body, arm lengths etc. I liked the 14” Yaffee bars on my 07 but I like the 2+2 Kromewerks on my 21 trike. I’m 6’1”. Those now fit me perfectly , I also have a tank lift that allows for back nforth adjustment of the tank.
I ran a set of 10” KST Six Bend Kickers on a Street Glide that look identical to those KW’s in the OP. I thought they were great, but I’ve got somewhat long arms and had the bars pushed as far forward as they would go.
