I've had the Pop since I installed it. I heard about some software coming out to fix it soon.
To be honest the bike runsSO GOOD! The pop just does notbother me.

Took a couple tank fulls for my milage go from around 30 to close to 40, the butt dyno was happy from the first mile.

What map # are you using?

Someone in the know will chim in soon.

If your map matches your components...or are very close...give it 200-300 miles before making adjustments....it just keeps getting better and better

Save the e-mail attachment toa laptopthat has the Smartlink software installed on it.Then plug the laptop intothe module, make sure you've got a good link, and use theSmartlink IVsoftware to update themodule's firmware. This can be done by clicking on the "Configure"drop down window to select "Firmware", thenclick on "updgrade module firmware now". From there you should be able to import the attached file that's on your laptop and load it into the EFI Controller. Should work.

If I remember right there are like 1800 squares that yer computer can build information in with the auto tune. Hope you plugged the auto tune cable into the auto tune part. Hope you checked the closed loop part too under configure. If you update yer software and update yer firmware and hook the bike to yer notebook and if I remember right it ask's for you to turn yer switch on and it updates itself. Call Zippers and ask, YOu can download the manuals online at www.thunder-max.com and print them out. If I don't do something often I tend to have to forgit how I did it. But I like the dawg out of my Tm A/T
Yer bike tunes at all parameters according to how you drive. If you drive slow, it will only tune at those rpms. It follows the RPM's and the throttle posititon sensor. When you wind the rpms up higher it will tune for that part. Just take yer time and let it do its thing then later on take it out and hammer it on the interstate and wind it to the rev limiter.
