Too often we hear about poor service and parts quality. However on the afternoon of 31AUG07 I ordered parts from FastAire.com and tlcproducts.com. I got the saddlebag and chopped tourpak inserts from TLC and a clear 8" winsheild from FastAire.
The orders were paced on a Friday afternoon before the Labor Day holiday and I received BOTH of them today, Tuesday the 4th of September. Both were as advertised and on time. I guess I'm so used to poor service that I felt I needed to point these companies out to the forum members.
