Default tie down location

I would like to know where you guys attach your tie downs on theFRONT of an Ultra (with the lower fairings attached). Thats ALL I am interested in. Not wanting to start a long thread about tie down procedures

I tie it down in the front.

How's that?

slip 'em around the edge of the bar where the highway pegs are attached.

you can go from the handle bars if your softtie straps are long ones 24"

or you can tie on to the crash bar as long its strate down as the MOCO ships them.

I am able to get my soft tyes around the triple tree, between the driving lights bracket and down. This seems to work fine.

handle bars ! You must angle the strap so it does not interfear with the lowers

Ive been doing it that way for many years .. never a problem.

Best I have found; Condor chock which locks the front wheel and keeps the bike upright and then soft strap the front bag guard (each side) and attach rachet straps to a forward and 30 to 45 degree point out from the front wheel.

I prefer not using the bars for two reasons; 1. compress the bar bushings. 2. over compressing the front shocks.
