I am having a problem finding a DYNO for my trike w/PCIII. I was wondering if the Vance & Hines fuel pack allows fuel adjustments and downloads without a DYNO? Thanks.

 

I'm betting you could find an Automotive Dyno somewhere that will do it. You can adjust the PCIII without a Dyno. There are some seriously technical dudes on this forum that should be able to help you out with the PCIII. Good luck.
