If you installed new brake pads did you bleed the brakes ? Try breaking the bleeder loose and see if it spins.

if it was all good before it was stripped then its been ensembled wrong, go back and check your work.

No doubt it's time to Triple Check ... Twice hasn't provided a solution ... As I ( and others ) mentioned earlier examining the rear brake assy is where I would start

Yup but you are a complete ******* if you start a thread about a problem and then disappear instead of posting about the resolution of the problem to help other people with the same issue...
