Just bought an older Police bike and it came with the Police Seat (not installed). All I have is what's in the pic below. Can anyone tell me what else I need to be able to install it?
I have a ‘24 police bike so I can’t offer assistance on yours. But I came here to say this. If you are tall, like 6’1” or more, you will most likely enjoy it, but know this, you will ride on the bike, not in it. It’s different. I love riding with a police seat, but I’m just pointing these things out before you chase down everything you need and discover you dislike it.
The dealer who ordered my police bike last year also orders several for their inventory every year, and they always remove the police seat and install a frame mounted seat because they say nobody likes them.
I am 6'2" and although I have not tried the Police Seat I think I would maybe like it. I like being "up" a bit. I am hoping I can find a used set of mounting hardware, if not a good deal on a complete seat with hardware.

At your height you will enjoy it. I’m 6’3” and swapped seats a couple of times trying to decide if I liked it coming off of Street Glides, Road Glides, and Super Glides.
There is a bracket that bolts to the bracket at the bottom of the tank using two bolts and then has a bolt that passes through it at the mount at the front of the seat. There is a missing bracket that goes on the bottom of the rear part of the seat that then connects to a spring at the rear and then a spring. Also a plastic cover that goes under the seat to cover the components under the seat. There probably is some other things I’m forgetting but that’s a majority of it.
should be a parts diagram on HD site you can find the parts schematic.
yours may very some depending on the year. Mine is a 2014

Police Solo Seat
You have the 1992 Police Electra Glide model. Based on the parts diagrams that Ed graciously copied and shared for you above, and based on the Harley OEM Service Parts website, it looks like you need the seat support bracket #52246-85A that uses the seat shock absorber #52212-82, which are both obsolete and no longer available from the MoCo.
Based on your pic of the seat with seat bracket you have...
Then comparing it to the Police seat & hardware for your year/model bike, I do not believe you have the correct seat/mounting bracket for your year Police bike.
Not enough pics for me to be sure, but you can look closely at your seat & bracket, then compare them to the bracket & seat numbers referenced in the parts pics.
Here's the Harley OEM Service parts website for your year bike. (I prefer the HD site to Ronnies. I find it easier to use, but that's just me). You can see all the obsolete parts you would need to round up to finish that seat (or get the correct one as I suspect)
Good luck with your research and your seat project.
NOTE: If you've never used the Harley online parts site, it will show all the possible parts needed for your year Harley. There were two police bike models, an Electra Glide Police (with windshield or fairing) and an FXRP Super Glide Police (with windshield or fairing).
So the parts diagram shows the parts for both seats. However, on the online parts finder, the model selected ( I selected an Electra Glide model), will have a square around the part reference number in the diagram for THAT model. The parts in the pic for other models, will just show a reference number in the pic with no square around it. Additionally, the parts listed to the right of the parts pic will only show part numbers for the model selected. That is how I know you will need the shock absorber suspension/bracket, and the FXRP will use the spring suspension/bracket.

do it. you'll love it as long as the windshield is at an appropriate height to match. I'm 5'8" and can't ride with out a police seat on the touring bikes. I do have a mustang saddle that puts you about a half inch lower but even the stock saddle is awesome for me.
