2006 Ultra CLassic no start
ok need some assistance on where to go. I have a `06 UC that i picke dup for a great deal was tossed in a ditch with minimal damage. Frame and forks verified straight mostly body damage. getting it straightend out, I know it ran following the ditch event ( it was my neighbors bike) I had trouble getting it to start determined it was fuel pump relay ( i thought) i replaced that and still no joy. I can start the bike if i jumper 85 and 86 on the fuel pump relay but if i put a new relay in there the fuel pump doesnt kick on? no flashing key on the dash so im pretty sure its not anti theft. Anyone got any ideas on which way to go? I ts been sitting for a while but anytime i jump the bypass the relay it starts no issue.

The information is a little difficult to follow.
Perhaps you are using a phone instead of computer or talk to text.
We are not on location and can not see the bike and have minimal history.
I have tried to organize your posting in the hope that others might assist.
It reads like you might have a 2006 Harley Ultra Classic of unknown mileage and unknown changes from stock.
Described as "tossed in a ditch"....Guessing that means that bike was involved in some kind of accident.
You note that "Frame and forks verified straight and the it is mostly body damage".
Is there any damage to wring?
You had trouble getting it to start determined it was fuel pump relay.

Is the "tip" warning light ON?
Any damage to the RUN/STOP switch on right handlebar?

sorry i type fast so space bar jumps in extra there, so yes you read everything correctly., its a 2006 roughly 60k on it fuel pump works when i jumper pin 85 and 86, engine has a twin tuner from daytona tec no tip warning light that i can see. no abnormal warning lights on dash. wiring does not appear damaged in any point other than handle bar left switch but thats been replaced and verified correct. By trouble getting it to start what I ment that it would crank but not fire. also no fuel pump noise . When i remove fuel pump relay i jumper pins 85 and 86 on the harness fuel pump runs bike starts no issue.
