I see many of these Danny Gray's solosand if someone could tell me how in the heck they mount to a double bolt road king set up?? The ones I've seen have a single attach point with a little adapter that has two holes in one side andone in the other. Please post pictures and explain how this looks. Also tell me what you think of the Danny Grays. Thanks Much
I asked for pictures of one on a RKC a few weeks back and got pretty much nothing. I don't know how many actually have them. Seems that most go with Mustang, Corbin, or C&C.
You get a bracket the mounts on to the2 bolt setup for your HD seat. The Danny Gray seat then bolts to this. Bracket comes with seat.Same setup as the HD leather solo seats.
I have the Danny Gray Buttcrack big seat solo on my 07 FLHRC and it mounts up just like a Harley seat as has already been mentioned,I also hace a Danny Gray pillion pad on mine.I find that the Danny Gray seat is more comfortable on a long ride than my HD Pillow look touring seat, even though it feels firm to touch and when you first sit on it,I find it gived really good support under your thighs and lower back. The big soft seats are ok for short periods but after a while you have to squirm around to keep comfortable.Ohhh and the Quality of the Danny Gray is second to none.
This is the only picture of the seat I have at the moment,I know it isn't very good,if you want I may be able to take a picture of just the seat over the next few days
