To get the rear half of the broken one out, screw in a bolt in the correct size, grab the head of the bolt with visegrips, and pull.
Hard.
Dont hit yourself in the kisser with the visegrips when it lets go.
For the other one, pull it out.
Get a new one for the broken one.
Get some 2 part epoxy.
Mix up a dab.
Coat the outer edges of the new ones and press them in.
