Thanks for the feedback. The manual claims I can run ethanol as long as it contians no more tha 10% ethanol in my 07.I'll stick with gasoline...91 octane.
On my recent ride through Nebraska 10% was about all I could find. The bike seemed to run ok, but my gas mileage was pretty bad. I think that's one of the reasons HD has gone to the 6 gallon tank on the new touring bikes. More gas but still the same touring range when running in the ethanol states.
No thanks, I'll pass on the corn. This corrosive low-energy threshhold mix is the last thing I want in my FLH (where's my toluene?). I'd rather peel peanuts at the side of the road than pour this cr*p in. Squeezins' are meant for drinking boys, not a sorry excuse for "alternative energy".
