WHAT CAN I DO TO MAKE THEM LOUDER? DO THEY HAVE BAFFLES? THERE ALREDAY LOUD BUT WOULD LIKE THEM LOUDER. IF I REMOVE BAFFLE WILL I LOSE TORQUE OR H.P? 07 R.K CUSTOM?

please tell me you are kidding --- those are some of the loudest pipes I ever heard---a pain to ride behind two or more bikes with them---having said all that --- I do like the sound of them

Sounds like you just need to do alittle engine work like BB, Head work, and through in a good set of cams and that will wake it up........

My friend:

A fews days ago I asked the same question and received the same answer.

The thunderheader system needs the baffle for their performance.

And they are loud, butit's have a different tone that you don't hear in the riding position.

I'm happy with my 2in1 system. The rumble tone is very different from the others exhaust systems.

I'll second what 04RoadKing said, you want louder Thunderheaders, you gotta bump up the motor some. 95", 103" have a great rumble to them. I've heard though that going much higher than that, and you need a different set of pipes, as the 'Headers aren't really designed for huge motors.
