I guess I just realized for all those guys that came in with there bikes and I should them all those catalogs
and they came in spending spending spending. My pay back was when I bought my Ultra, geez just finished the remote lights, heated grips and the keyless alarm. The list is growing for this winter:
Complete black out (Front suspension-bag trim etc)
Remote rear air suspension
Zumo GPS
Diamond cut heads and cylinder
103 Kit
Heated seat (freebie)
Upgraded speakers and amp (son wants to add a fold out TV for the rear bag)
Rims and tires 21" front 18" rear
Adjustable vents
I'm thinking thats about it, then I'll be ready for my two week trip to know where in 2008
The more I read this forum the longer my list gets. I have a feeling the wife is going to "help me" slow down a bit pretty soon unless I can convince her its stuff she needs. Your list looks more expensive though.
lmao......my wife just came down from the office with a stack of reciepts and said so whats next, can you save something for X-mas. I said ya, but it's so hard to do that when the parts counter is only 15 steps away.I've only had the bike for 3 months....I guess I can slow down a little, but everytime I do that I read another post.
My wife has cut me off from buying anything else for the bike. While she was alway at her brother's this weekend, I bought some 95" jugs and pistons. LOL She was not pleased, but the money was spent, LOL. That will teach her to leave me alone with a credit card. hehehe [sm=lildevil.gif]
Hell what resession...with us and HD parts catoluge the country will prosper forever!![sm=americanasmiley.gif] And the oil company love us too with buying high test all the time.[sm=biker2.gif]
The only way I add to my bike is by deploying to a combat zone. When I get back I tell my wife the only thing that can cure me of combat stress are HD parts and lot of 'em!
Pay back is a bitch but at least if the ultra ever breaks doun you could take the HUMMER to pick it up and have to borrow a BIG DOG for a while...LOL...JAKESTER....
