Congrats on the new RKC. I have had two of them, and they are great. Enjoy it.

Gorgeous bike. I ride an SG now, but put 106k miles through 33 states on my old RK, a bike I will never forget, each mile ridden with a smile. Well, almost. One ride in a hail storm and another during a tropical storm were more like grimaces than smiles.

Anyway, a few comments. First, true dual systems will rob your bike of TQ and HP compared to stock. The upside is appearance (subjective), a stereo sound, and some relief from heat on your right leg--the latter alleviated easily enough with aftermarket heat deflectors. The stock system puts about 70% of the exhaust output to the right side, and some find that a shortcoming for some reason. However, only a 2-into-1 system will out-perform the stock exhaust with aftermarket slip-ons. Jamie at Fuel Moto called me last week and we talked for about an hour, mentioning the PCIII for '08's will be out soon. He gave a date but it escapes me. He also mentioned a new, smaller PCIII on the horizon that will have more features. PCIV? No more info than that, though. If you decide on a PCIII, consider Fuel Moto, as they have good prices and a large library of canned maps for many combos. I and many others have been pleased with their service.
