rattle
I have an 07 RG and it has a rattle that is driving me crazy. I have read posts about heat shields and muffler clamps. I tried check those and they are all tight. I push on the saddle bag lid and that is not it either. Any ideas???

I had a similiar issue with my RK, it drove me nuts for months, it was the transmission bracket, a bracket that goes from the tranmission to the exhaust clamp, not the clamp itself. It had a hairline crack in one of the corners. Just a thought

Mine had a rattle that drove me crazy for several months. I thought the engine was loosing it. I took it to (2) different mechanics and let them listen. They were conviced it was not the motor. It turned out to be my horn bracket. I reached down and grabbed it one morning and the noise magically disappeared.
