i have a 03 rkc and want to change the paint set , what years interchange, and were do you get paint sets i want to change the silver and black to black pearl

 

I heard only 2002 years are different on the rk. Check ebay, craigslist or our local classified forums for a used set of tins.

 

Depends if it is carbed of efi as well...

 

2000 to 2007 are interchangeable, dealer sells paint sets, and you can find them on e-bay. If you are looking to change the color of your bike it would probably be cheaper to have yous painted.

 

Take them off and have a ONE OF A KIND CUSTOM done make it All Yours....

 

better yet, buy a set off of ebay, have them custom painted and when they are done, you can swap out your tins and have little downtime, and a backup in case something happens in the future. or if you decide to sell, you can go back to stock, and sell the bike as is, and then sell the custom set separately too.

 

Keep an eye on ebay. I've seen some nice RKC paint sets come and go.
