Sorry no the tourpaks didn't have 2 position adjustment till '05 or defiantly '06. Do a search on George Anderson in this forum for a great kit that will move it back 1.25" or 2.50" ( your choice @ install time ). This works for all tourpaks after '97. Great kit, good price & couldn't find a nicer guy to spend your $'s with.

As for the floor boards, All the FL's have 3 positions on the rear.Stock is the middle. Unbolt the board mount from frame & pull the plastic plug to move up or just use the lower set of holes to move down.
