I'm looking to order an 8" with the recurve for my 2008 Streetglide. What I would like to know is what color matches the HD Dark Smoke wind deflectors?
Not worried about being bit - (heck I kind of like it.. :-))
I just didn't think they would have the Harley part to compare againest. Anyone happen to be riding w/ the clearview and the HD deflectors in Dark Smoke?
Happy New Year!!

If I was you I would CALL THEM.... They won't bite (lol) - Can't go wrong with a Clearview Windshield...
Dark grey. I have the HD wind deflectors and the dark grey clearview recurve. I'm standing in my shop now looking at them and they match pretty close. The dark grey isalmost anexact matchto the stock street glide windshield. The wind defelctors may be a little lighter or maybe it's just the light in here, not sure but it's close.
have both on my eg classic and real close also. if u find anyone that close to your bike checking it out then their too close. go with the dark grey...ride safe
I got ahold of clearview last week, via a e-mail. they promtly sent me a small sample of the smoke and the dark grey so i could see what they looked like, give'm a e-mail and ask about the chance of a sample of both,as I did. they were awesome to deal withand prompt getting back to me with some samples.
Whatever you order, if you want to ride with it this spring then hurry. I have been waiting 2 months for the shield for my Road Glide. It still hasn't shipped yet. I am gonna be pissed if I don't like this thing when I get it. T.
