Can anyone give me any information on a good break pad to buy. I will be replacing my pads on my ultra soon and just wundered what everyone is using and where they are getting them from?
Thanks for your input.
Steve
I tried some lyndall gold pads a few years ago, worked ok but only got half the life of stock. I am itching to try a set of organic pads from eastern performance becuase they arn't suppose to make a mess on your wheels. Anyone tried these? mike
I am running Lyndall Z Plus as well.
Outstanding brake pads for the street.
My rotors were getting scored by the stock pads; the Lyndall pads have smoothed the rotor surface somewhat and the bike stops noticeably better.
I have almost 10,000 miles on these pads and they look like they have a LONG way to go before they'll need changing.
They also don't generate the brake dust the stock pads created.
