As for the mounting lug on the left side, on chrome saddle bag supports I've simply painted it black, it kinda disappears when you do that. I've had several Propipes and also a D&D Fat Cat with ghost pipe. $ for $, the Propipe is the best value for the money. I got used to the look on my standard bags but the extended bags with the cutout look wierd from the back without duals.
