Those bastards did it to me again. I am posting this and will continue to tell everybody I know in person and in open public forums everyplace I can. They are competely ripping people off. I just gat a package shipped into Canada and they charged $40 to ship it. on top of that there is $99 to the governement for duties, on top of that is $65 to UPS for what they call brokerage fees. That is bloody murder. This has got to stop. this in not the first time this has happened to me and I know what the billing is for they are charing $30 per box for a 2 box order with one tracking code. they have done this to me before and this WILL BE THE LAST TIME EVER that I will deal with UPS. They suck all the way down here in Fla. to.. Don't have an acct with them and ship stuff on eBay.. They quote a price, you charge the buyer and ship.. UPS comes back 2 weeks later and adds more charges onto the bill.. How am I going to re-coup that??

Have you seen the stock for UPS? Somebody’s using them a lot. Rather than 401K they give stock or at least they did. And then they kick your shipment right to your door, what a service.

 

They raised thier prices recently.

I use FedEX. About 10 - 30% cheaper the UPS and 1/2 the hassle.

 

They don't even give their employees a discount either.
I looked at going to work with UPS and that was right in the
pre-employment material, NO DISCOUNT FOR EMPLOYEES

I have shipped stuff with them before and I have to agree
UPS is much more expensive then others. It wouldn't be so
bad if the service was better.....it's not.

Try shipping a firearm with them and see what happens.I use Fed-Ex.

 

FedEx Ground is cheaper if you establish an account. Any time you ship to Canada, always mark it as a "gift". Saves $$

 

It's not so much the part of the shipping costs that part dosen't get me as baddly as the outragous cost for the brokerage fees that they charge. this is purly extorsion of money. The person I got this product from just plainly shipped with UPS and I am stuck paying the bill in the end. There is no reason for these costs. The women on the phone tried to tell me that they are normal fees and that everybody charges them. Well that is not the fee's that i have ever paid with anybody in the past. I do my best to have everything i get shipped to me come thru postal services first they do not charge outlandish rates if they charge a fee its like $5 and second if I'm not home the package is dropped at a local conveince store for me to go to pick it up from.
