What have you heard about the shoe tensioner on the 06 bikes? I thought I read where the MOCO made some changes to it on the 06 bikes?

Now that you mention it I haven't heard anything on the 06 models & shoe tensioner. Ya can't beat the gear drive...

Numbers look good. To me, the cam tensioner thing, is like telling a jury to "disregard that last statement". Once it's said, it's in your mind. Switching to the gear drive eliminated all the "wondering" for me. Plus I like the noise one makes. Most stock gear drives don't have that much, but I had mine machined to get more. Just my $.02
