Create more visibility and conspicuity when you are stopped or stopping when you install the BackOFF-Wig Wagâ„¢ Module.
This compact solid state electronic module converts your ordinary braking lights into your choice of two attention getting visual alerting signals:
User Selected Mode One:
Emits 4 alternating quick flashes of the left and right braking lights, followed by 3 short flashes and 1 long flash (3.5 seconds) of both braking lights. The 3 short flashes and 1 long flash pattern automatically repeats itself as long as the bra kes are held.

I am ALL for anything that will keep someone off my butt - I installed Kuryakan (sp) - However, check with your local/state laws about flashing brake lights as apposed to a sold red - Ya, I know,, whats the difference if tapping your brake light ??? I just know some states/local PD can cite you for this... don't flame me here - like stated - what ever it takes to keep my butt clean... just be aware - I have never been bothered - and if it comes to it... I will argue in court the safty factor.... any legel egales out there that now Exactly the "rules"???
Just ran a Google search and found some thoughts... has anyone here ever been stopped by the PD for having flashing brake lights??

Please check this link its an ongoing discussion right now about this same topic.
And the answer is yes, I have installed on my tourpack and its in the link as well. That is why I'm not re-typing the whole thing again.

I installed the Back off on my 05 Ultra. I looked at the wiring diagram in the service manual. There is a red wire with yellow line that goes to the brake light on the right side (while sitting on the bike) and another red wire with yellow line on the left side of the bike. The right side is in the plastic wrapping of wires that runs to the brake light; the left side is in the wiring bundle that runs into the trunk. Made the cut in the right side and attached the wire coming from the brake light switch (now the supply wire) to the back off unit. Then cut the wire going into the trunk (secured the supply wire so not to short it out or needed to reconnect it in the future) then connected both wires, the brake light and the trunk to the other wire of the back-off unit. The back off flashes the brake lights now in the form of a V. I left the turn signals as steady red from the previous install of the HD part which converted them. Looks good and hopefully will help keep the rear of the bike from becoming a hood ornament on a cager.
"Anybody install one of these in their Tour Pak??? Easy install???"
Yep, I just did it this last weekend.
Previously, I had the regular "Back-Off" module that just pulses the light. The "Wig-Wag" alternates the left and right brake lights on the Pak.
The effect is very eye-catching!
Easy to install? For me it was, and if you can strip wire, solder and use heat shrink tubing, you'll be fine.
The brake light wiring in the Tour-Pak is coded Yellow/Red, and you'll have to open up the plastic conduit a bit to access the correct wires.
