Being as short as I am, I find myself leaning forward on the bars when riding. This causes funny things to happen with the steering as you can imagine..
I need a set of bars that are about 1" taller and swept back about 2"

Not sure how short you are, but I am 5'6" (consider myself short). Anyway, believe it or not a mild set of 12" - 14" apes mght be just right for you. I got ride of back/neck pains by going to my first set of 14" apes.
I gotta worn you though, I changed 2 more times, went to 16", and now 18" Gimp Hangers on my Softail. If it wasn't fpr the pain in the *** fairing on my Streetglide, I'd have 13" on that too!
Call the tech's at Wild 1....they were really helpful when I needed a new set. They make some great looking bars as well...may be a little higher ($) but are well worth it.
+1 on the Khromewerks 2" over sweepers. Put a set on this winter and they are very nice. Pull back about 2" and up a bit. Also a couple of inches wider than stock. Keep my hands behind the fairing as well. Soos had some pics up back in December. Can be installed without cable/wiring mods if you are willing to route your clutch outside the fairing. Otherwise the 3" over clutch cable from Harley makes it work fine. I put the 3" over throttle and idle cables from Harley as well but didn't really need them.
Bars themselves are around $70. Beleive they are only available from Khromewerks direct for now. I also picked up +3" cables from Zanotti's for around $70 (clutch throttle/idle).
Significantlycheaper than some of the other options and they look great.
