The laser in a dvd/cdrw can burn you... takes about 2 seconds, it'll pop balloons, and even light a cigarette..
Do a search on green lasers... these are just the ones we can get hold of... StarWars, That's a differend animal..

the funny/scary thing about all those disclaimers is............
there is someone out there who has done it...hence the disclaimer....

 

I think you'd be better off just throwing the cds at people you don't like.

Just think what you could do with an HD laser, the kind in hddvd players. I'm still waiting for the light saber front running lights, works great for traffic jams or that cager cutting you off, hell just put a tow missile launcher on the crash bars would probably works just as well, just remember to go around the wreckage, not ride into it!
