High Idle Problem Found Source...
Thanks to a fellow HDForum member who went through this same problem with his streetglide I found the problem in a matter of a few minutes... There is an idle speed screw at about four o'clock on the throttle body. I pulled the air cleaner / backing plate off and sure enough the screw had been loctited at one time but was totally loose, I could spin it with my fingers from behind. I roller it back to the line where the loctite was and fired it up and the bike is running like it should...
So now a new question... How can I get this screw to stay in place?

If I just loctite it will be more than a dab
I am thinking I can get a jam nut on the back side of it... Seeing as there is a service bulletin on this I really don't want it to happen again.. I will be going by the Harley dealership later today and I am gonna ask them to see the TSB...

A dab of finger nail polish will do the trick

I didn't get the TSB, couldn't find a nut thin enough to get on there and not mess with adjustment, so I nice dose of loctite on her and I am back in business.
That is the IAC screw. I have had to adjust mine due to the tuner I am using. I did put a jam nut on the backside. It is an odball thread, cant remember exactly what it is but you can take it out and go to a good hardware and you will find what thread on to it. Take the nut to a grinder and thin it down, then thread it on. Works great.
