Default Chrome lower fork sliders or chrome front end pkg?

I'm about to chrome out the front end of my 2006 RKC.
Lower fork sliders = $299.95
Chrome front end package = $456.95

Seems to me since I already have chrome uppers, all I need are the lowers. Am I missing something? What does the package offer that I need? It's quite a price difference if all I need are the lowers.

Peace.

I thought the same thing but I was told the uppers were actually polished aluminum. There is a difference. I went with the chrome uppers and lowers on their advice and did notice the difference. Hope this helps. Take a look at the chrome uppers vs what you have.

There is a slight difference between the polished aluminum and chrome cow bells. I checked the prices of buying the individual parts versus the kit and you acutally save a coupe of bucks doing the kit.

I just checked yesterday for my bike, and found the entire kit on Ebay for $370. I just did an Ebay search for part number 46335-04A and it popped right up. $370 +$15 for shipping.

So far this is the best deal I've seen.

As ststed your uppers are polished aluminum and not chrome. I compared prices on the complete kit the other day for my bike and Chicago HD beat Zanotti with the best price. Go to their web site www.chicagoharley.com and put in part # and you will see discounted price.

you can buy the kit or have yours shipped off and chromed. i had mine chromed plus the brake calipers too for $500 this winter. IMO...it looks alot better when the brake calipers are doen too.
