I put one on my 07UC before rolling it out for the first time. NO REGRETS! You will sit higher, and my wife says she can see over my head so the passenger sits higher too.

+1 U really do like mine, especially with the ability to adjust it while riding on the long ones.

I too have a 2006 EGC, and sent my stock seat to Mean City Cycles and had them lower it 2 inches and correct the shape. On the stock seat I would get sore after about 45 minutes, now I can go 500 miles a day with no problem. Very comfortable, and sitting lower in the bike is great.

 

I got a sundowner solo seat.

 

Had the Road Zeppelin for about a month now, took a little getting use to, but now I like it..."D"
