Default Changing the Time??

Over the winter the clock on my Street Glide has lost about 20 minutes. All I want to do is reset the correct time. Looked in the manual. HUGH????
Just a bunch of mumbo jumbo.

Can anyone just tell me how to change the time in simple English. Thanks.
