I think I might actually get to ride to work this morning without freezing my tail off. 51 now, supposed to be 67 later today. About time!![sm=happy046.gif]
i was thinking the same thing until i walked outside and couldnt see 10ft in front of me due to all the fog they didnt predict. would have chanced it but i have a lot of wildlife in the area and with fog just makes it that much more interesting. almost hit a raccoon in the truck on the way in. well maybe tomorrow
Monday, 32, nice and clear though, beautiful ride into work -30 miles one way. Tuesday, 28, foggy. Hum, I'll give it a try - fog stayed high, needed coffee when I got to work, but it was not that bad - moister in the air made it feel colder on the face though. Today, a blistering 39. Real nice ride in - clear.
I think it was last Thursday, 23 when I left the house at 6:30, clear as could be. The SG fairing makes it ok. The air wrapping around to the face made me keep the bandanna up, but it was bearable.
I rode in to the Pentagon today! The temp was 51 with thick fog, but I had prep the bike the night prior and I was going no matter what! It looks really nice out now.
Rode to work today. Morning wasn't to bad..mid 70s. Will be leaving to go home soon, its 99 currently with a slight breeze. Oh well at least there is a cold beer in the fridge at home.
Rode my RG all winter down here in the Atlanta area. I use the HD heated jacket liner & gloves and was able to ride down into the high teens.[sm=biker2.gif]
