....dang, I'd been out ridin and thot my ears were burnin.
Yep, dey r Paughco 15's. Perfect for the SG as dey come right above da fairing. Im used to higher bars but thez fit the design.....40" wideputs em out there 2. Comfy hand position, but suck for da mirrors. Not that it matters cuz Idon't use em anyway ;P
My cables 8+ all the way around:Barnett w/ Goodridge brakes frt/rear. Used the 12" Namz wire extensions. BE FOREWARNED: dey are not a piece of cake 2 install (dats why dey call em Z-bars) two 90-degree bends each side makes 4 a few F-bombs. I'm no wrench but took my time and it turned all good.
If ur pricing outa total pkg in doin MONKEY BARS...Yaffe's is less expensive by a few hunnert$ cuz hissupersize cable kit ischeaper than gettin all new stuff. Johnny Vaughn at HDbikeparts.com hooked me up with mine. Highly recommend him.

Hey guys we ran an article on installing apes on a Road glide in the No. 3. (2008) issue of Hot Bike. While we didn't install these bars from Paughco, we installed 4 sets of apes (RSD, Nash Motor Co., Carlini Designs, and Trask Performance). That issue is already long gone off the newstand, I'll see if I can get our web people to put it up on our website.

My next styling mod are the zbagger apes, leaning towards pyo, he also sells the bar install kit with the extended cables and what not.........After that is the RWD cate eye license plate, then hit pez up for some serious sound upgrades!!!!!!!!!
