Today I put $1000.00 down on a Pearl Black SG. Thank God. Will take del. March 10th.
For about a week I could not concentrate on work.
And I owe it all to you in Hd Land. Because of you, you helped clear my head of that other bike.
I think it was called Strataugly. I can not thank you enough. So in honor of you that have giving such great advice, I thought maybe you can help with my new name. My old ride is a 1977 KZ 1000. I have had it for longer than my wife(22plus years). In fact in the garage one day, she suggested to sell it. I told her that I might have it longer than her. I think that was A HD moment. Not to many points on that one. So anyway, that's where the name comes in. I am not saying I am getting rid of the bike, but I don't know If I should get rid of the name since my new Ride will be a HD.
Again thanks for all the insight for the past week. I can see so clearly now.
Many of us were stuck with metrics until we could afford the trip home on a HD. Doesn't make you any less of a biker and you probably will appreciate that new SG more than anyone else would. I say keep the name in honor of your past.
2006 streeglide dude, you have done wonders with that ride, you changed that ugly tank emblem and those butt ugly wheels your ride is definitlly ROTM material.
Congrates "SGman" Hope you got the deal you where looking for! It aint over yet, you still don't have it! Sorry to say your work will suffer for the next few months! LOL But hey its a good thing!
