I want to reset the log history in my DTT system, but when I went to do it it asked for a pin number or passcode...............I have no idea what the passcode or pin number is.
Does anyone know if it's set to a generic code at the factory, or is every unit a unique code........and where would I find it?
Phil, LAF crossed over to the darkside of BMW's. I still talk to him every once in a while. He said he is only coming back when HD makes a hydro roadglide....lol
Let us know how it works MUC. I have to call DTT as well about another question, so if it doesnt work i can ask for you as well.
692-715-494 Try that code. It works for my DTT module for my carb bike. Remeber a member LAF(from VTF), he gave it to me.
txchop..
Well, your code worked. I was wrong, it was looking for a 9 digit code.
I cleared the history to start fresh, and I cleared the diagnostic codes history also............now it will be all my data in there with the new build.
Hoping to get out for a good ride tomorrow..............should be able to get some good data out of it to see how it's running. The BLM's are getting real close now, I've applied them 4 times since doing the build, and tonight they were getting smaller numbers for correction.
Dang glad I found this. I called Chris and he would not tell me the code and I had to send the module back at 15 plus shipping to get it reset. He said that the code was propretary (sp?).I bought mine new from an authorized dealer and it had my max rpm at 7400 plus rpms from new. I told Chris I wanted to have that zeroed and he said too bad.
