Inner Primary Case

Whats the difference in the inner primary on a 99 RoadKing verses 2000 and newer.

NOT SURE IF THERE IS ANY. BEST WAY TO FIND OUT IS CHECK THE PARTS MANUAL FOR BOTH YEARS. IF THEY ARE IDENTICAL THEY WILL HAVE THE SAME PART NUMBER.

wasnt the 99 an evo motor? and the twin cam came around 00?

Twin Cam came in 99' touring, not sure if it was an option or on all of them. Mine is a 99' TC.

Like stated before 99 should be TC, so it should be the same as 2000 & up.

Branded, why do you ask? I have a factory original from an 01 if you are looking for one. I switched mine to a chrome one.

I'm planning on changing to a chrome inner also but HD parts book only shows 1 for touring and its 2001 and up.
