I have a set sitting next to my RK, obviously haven't taken the time to mount them. I plan on using the service manual and the information on this site to help. Next rainy day

If you are not changing cables or internal wiring, this is a very easy job to do.

I almost went with heritage bars....I instead went with stainless HD 10" apes...they are same width as OEM and don't turn in at wrists like heritage bars.......They are absolutely perfect!...lemme see if I can find part #

Oh, they also fit all cables and wires.

Here ya go.....check out this thread and pic

Changed mine (FLHRC). Hardest part was getting the cover off of the risers (took 1 cup of coffee). Second hardest part was removing grips (two sips of coffee). After that it wass pretty easy. All in all it took 2-1/2 cups of coffee to complete.

P.S.
Repair manual was help in getting cover off.
