Received a set of V&H slipons todayand the right onehas some scuff marks on the chrome. Who from Eastern is the best person to deal with?? And are they good about replacing?
As suggested on there Shipping & Returns page, "If a part is damaged upon delivery call us immediately and DO NOT TRY TO INSTALL IT. Do not destroy the packaging or write on it".
Same here. I am willing to pay a little more if i have to and buy from them as their service has been great. So far everything i bought had a great price and was shipped well with the quickness. Follow their return policy.
Had a problem with a Ness Big Sucker that broke during install. Called them up and explained. And also stated that I just wanted a refund. Not an exchange. No problems at all. Money was refunded the day after they received it.

I had a similar positive experience. I had one of the early Kuryakyn curved license frames that were prone to cracking. EPC asked that I return it to them and they'd replace it, about six months or more after purchase. Most would say "Send it to the manufacturer," but dealing with EPC was very easy.
I'll shoot Jonathan an email and will give him a call Monday. The slipons were packaged well and the chroming quality is mirror perfect except in one spot. I was disappointedto see it cause I wanted to put them on. Now it will be awhile since it will have to be worked through V&H I'm guessing.
